The CNC-controlled optimization cross-cut for boards and planks are always adapted to the efficient operations of the customer. The maximum power is provided by simultaneous caps and assessment at different levels. The electronic defect marking and quality assessment from the laser unit and the sorting of segments by length and quality, make the line look a whole complete solution that can be always expanded if necessary.

• Optimizing-Cross-Cut Saw with roll feed for un-edged goods
• When cutting from un-edged work pieces the effective optimization of the scale is defined with regard to quality, optimum and maximum crop yield
• The roll feed system is equipped with 6 double rolls out
• Each piece is carried out a height adjustment which shall guarantee a trouble-free feeding of the work pieces
• Various options for charging, waste management, sorting, stacking and data connections possible
• Among other things tilt hoist destacker, slats collectors, slats bundle up, dynamometer wagon, connecting to downstream multi-rip saw with mechanization
